Important shipping & delivery info:

Once your order is shipped you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number, keeping you up to date with how long it will take for your order to get to you. 

Our standard delivery timescale is 2-3 business days for the UK and 5-7 business days for worldwide deliveries.

We appreciate your patience and support. Please only contact us if you haven't received your order within the above timescales. 

Shipping & delivery:

All deliveries are registered and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, 48 or International, providing customers with:

  • Tracking to your delivery point
  • SMS or email notifications of shipping
  • Fast UK delivery - Aims to deliver Tracked 48 in two to three working days, Tracked 24 in one day.
  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
  • Compensation cover from £50 for International and up to £150 for UK deliveries.
  • Sunday parcel deliveries (UK Tracked 24 Only)
  • Signature on delivery (International Shipping)

Standard UK Tracked 48 Shipping for Small to Medium packages is £3.50. If you want your order faster, a Tracked 24 postal option is available to UK customers only for £4.50. GET FREE SHIPPING OVER £40 / €45 / $50 for all orders.

These delivery days are estimates only. Once your parcel has been collected by the Royal Mail we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries of online purchases. If you have any queries in regards to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can Track Your Order using the tracking info provided.
