e-Gift Cards:

Clutch. e-Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed online and must be redeemed within 1 year. The gift card cannot be reloaded.

Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Where the cost of your purchase exceeds the available card balance, you are required to make up the difference via another payment method.

You are liable for all transactions on your card except when there has been fraud or negligence by Clutch. including our employees. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.

You may purchase a Clutch. e-Gift Card from anywhere in the world, provided the recipient has a UK residential address.

Contact our Customer Support team if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to a e-Gift card.

Shipping & delivery:

All deliveries are registered and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Standard UK Shipping is from £3.50. If you want your order faster, an express postal option is available to UK customers for £4.50. International shipping starts from £8.95 for Europe and £10.95 for USA and rest of world.
